 After receiving the payment, the order will be shipped within 24 hours (working days) by the french postal service Colissimo.

Products will be shipped at the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process.

The shipping cost is a flat fee per order and not per item, it will remains the same no matter how many products you order.

All products are shipped from our warehouse located in Rouen (France), once your package has left our offices, we are no longer responsible for it and can not be held responsable for the loss or late delivery. For complaints, thank you to contact Coliposte at 3631.

All our shipments are tracked by the French Postal Service and the postal service of your country.

Orders for outside the European Community may be subject to customs duties. Those costs will be borne by the buyer and not FPPM INTERNATIONAL.
